About Karen Zappetti
Karen Zappetti joined Bass Tax Group in 2020 as a Tax Accountant, delivering a wide range of tax services to multinational corporations, partnerships, and individual clients. Her expertise spans several critical areas, including:

• International Transfer Pricing
• Federal and Multistate Tax Compliance
• Tax Research and Planning
• Audit Defense

Before joining Bass Tax Group, Karen served as Manager of International Taxation at Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where she oversaw international tax planning and compliance. Her focus areas included intercompany transactions for goods and services, intangible property usage, and product sourcing. Earlier in her career, Karen held roles in the federal and international tax departments at Bristol Myers Squibb and Ernst & Young LLP.

Karen earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and her Master’s in Taxation from Seton Hall University.
